What happened
A vegetation fire broke out on the CA-4107 road between Torrecera and Paterna de Rivera at kilometre 6. The blaze affected around 15,000 square metres and reached vegetation at the Arcos 4 and Arcos 5 photovoltaic plants in the municipality of Jerez. Firefighters from Medina Sidonia, with support from Benalup, attended. The fire lasted one hour and ten minutes. The provincial fire consortium reported no damage to the solar installations themselves.

The cause of the fire has not been reported.
