Plans and pricing

The public register stays free and always will. A plan adds the named detail behind an entry, the export and the tables, for people who need to cite a source rather than remember a headline. Prices are set for what the register holds today, not what it will hold in a year.

Founding partner offer. The first twenty customers get 30% off, with the price locked for 12 months. Enter the code FOUNDING30 at checkout.

What is in the register today. Loading the current figures...

We publish this because it decides whether a plan is worth it to you. The free register covers every published entry. A verified record is built for an entry only when public sources support the detail, so the paid layer is younger and smaller than the register itself and grows every day. If the coverage for your technology is not there yet, wait, and take the free alerts in the meantime.

Why pay when the register is free?

The free register tells you what happened, as the public reporting tells it. The paid records turn that into structured data: who built, integrated and operated the asset as fields you can filter and count, what failed and why, the failure mode, capacity and chemistry, age at incident, downtime, loss estimate, insurance and regulatory action, and every source, with each record carrying its verification status. They are built from public sources (fire service reports, regulator filings, court records, operator statements, trade press) and cross-checked against each other rather than lifted from one report. That is what underwriting, lending, due diligence and procurement decisions need.

Questions

How do I pay?

By card through Stripe, in pounds. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice: email info@energyincidentregister.com. Prices exclude VAT where it applies.

Can I cancel?

Yes, at any time from your account page. Access continues to the end of the period you have paid for.

What does "verified" mean?

Each paid record carries a status: unverified (single public claim), single source (one authoritative source), or verified (two or more independent sources agree). The methodology page explains the process and the accuracy disclaimer explains the limits.

Does paying change the free register?

No. The free register stays free and is edited the same way regardless of who subscribes.

Can I use the data in my own models or products?

Analyst and Team plans cover internal use inside your organisation. Products, models sold to others, and redistribution need an Enterprise licence. See the data licence.
