How the library is made

Every published entry ends with numbered lessons, written from its sources for the people who run, insure and plan these assets. The library splits them into single lessons and files each under the first theme whose words it uses. Lessons about the reporting itself, such as "a first report is not a finding", stay on their entry and are left out here. A lesson is a practical point drawn from one incident, not a finding of fault.

To find the lessons that apply to one decision, describe it in the lessons finder.
