Lessons learned
- A fire in a shared building can interrupt data centre power and cloud services even when the cause is not yet known.
- Operators should be able to say quickly which services depend on a single site's power supply.
- Early public reports should be treated as incomplete until the affected equipment and the extent of the fire are confirmed.
