Georgia Power said a fire at one of its substations in the Stockbridge area on Sunday evening initially affected about 10,000 customers, including Piedmont Henry Hospital, which used backup power. A cause was not known at the time. Georgia Power said it was working with local authorities to control the fire and to reroute power. It later reported that power had been restored to all customers.
