Carnegie Leisure Centre in Dunfermline was evacuated after an odour was detected. Fife Sports said the odour was related to a leak of a low-hazardous chemical from a solar panel heating system on the roof. The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service treated it as a chemical incident, and police described the substance as non-corrosive with no risk to the public. The centre was due to reopen at 1pm.
