What happened
On 16 April 2024, Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate reported that a substation in Bryansk, Russia, had burned, with a transformer at a power substation described in the report as 110 kW destroyed. The report said military unit No. 33149, the 111th military plant and the 192nd Central Military Plant were left without power. The date of the fire, its cause, any injuries and the duration of the outage were not reported.
