It says three other members of the same family were seriously injured, and that they were rescued with local help and taken to the district hospital for treatment.
The report says police took the bodies into custody and began legal proceedings. The report does not name the panel manufacturer, the installer, the system size, or how the panel was fixed to the roof.
Contributing factors

Lessons learned
- Rooftop solar arrays need mounting designed and certified for the local design wind speed, and fixings should be inspected after installation and at regular intervals.
- Operators and installers should check arrays before storm season and after severe weather, especially on older or lightly fixed systems.
- Households should keep people, especially children, clear of areas beneath rooftop panels during high winds.
