What happened
On 30 November 2017, three employees were injured while repairing a defect at a substation in Shkodra. A short report said there was an explosion of a vehicle that was being repaired, and that the electricians received body burns. They were taken towards Shkodra Hospital and then to Tirana for specialised treatment. The same day, flooding was reported to have caused electricity problems in the city and suburbs.
