What happened
EnergyWatch reported that a monopile wind turbine foundation weighing 800 tons, intended for the Hornsea 1 offshore wind farm, crashed down onto the quay at the Port of Rostock. The report is a short lead only. It does not say when the crash happened, how the monopile was being moved, whether anyone was hurt, or what damage resulted.
