A wind turbine is reported to have collapsed in the Netherlands at a site operated by Vattenfall, with the incident reported to have happened at the Eemmeerdijk project. Emergency services attended, and the Flevoland fire brigade said it was lucky that nobody was passing when the turbine fell. The fire brigade said the utility placed other turbines in a safe mode after the incident.
