What happened
On 9 March 2016, solar panels on the roof of a home on Creditview Road in Mississauga, just north of Eglinton Avenue West, caught fire at around 1:45 p.m., sparking a roof blaze. Mississauga firefighters brought the fire under control by around 2:30 p.m. No injuries were reported. Fire officials said it appeared the roof panels had caught fire. The cause was not reported.
