Contact the register
One address reaches a person: support@energyincidentregister.com. Messages are answered within one working day.
Plans, billing and access
Questions about what a plan includes, an invoice, VAT, a purchase order, team seats, or getting into an account.
The API and data licensing
Keys, limits, what the licence allows, and using the data inside your own product or reporting. The API documentation answers most of it first.
Editing an entry
To edit an entry, subscribe, open the incident, press Suggest an edit and add your source. It goes straight to the editorial team. For escalations, email editor@energyincidentregister.com with your evidence.
An incident you can only tell us in confidence
A first-hand account sent through the site is anonymised absolutely: no site, no company, no product, no person, country and year only, in the public entry and in the paid record. That rule never bends.
Press
Figures, context and data for a story, including counts the register can produce on request.
Email you did not ask for
Every message carries a one-click link to stop. It works straight away and removes you from the sending system as well as the list. If you would rather write, one line to support is enough.
Ask for something the register does not show yet
If there is something you wish the register showed you, say so here. Every request is read, usually the same day, and requests decide what gets built next. Requests from people who use this kind of data in their work count for most, which is why the form asks what you do.
What to expect
- A reply within one working day, from a person who has read your message.
- A straight answer about what the register does and does not hold. If the data cannot answer your question, we say so rather than dressing it up.
- No sales sequence for writing in. Asking a question does not put you on a list.
