What happened
A ComEd substation caught fire in the 1100 block of North North Branch Street in Goose Island, Chicago. Fire crews were notified about midnight and put the fire out with foam more than an hour later. No one was injured. The extent of property damage was not immediately known. ComEd was not reporting any serious power outages in the area.
