Trade press reported that a wind turbine collapsed during stormy conditions at a wind farm in the Netherlands, and that Vattenfall then decided not to reactivate turbines at the site and would dismantle the wind farm ahead of its planned end of life. The report is dated 28 February 2023 and describes the collapse as having occurred earlier that year.
