Renewables Now reported that a satellite communications outage affected remote control of around 5,800 Enercon wind turbines. Only a headline and short summary are available, so the location, date, duration and cause of the outage are not reported, and it is not reported whether the turbines continued to operate, whether any entered a fail-safe state, or whether generation was lost. No injuries or damage were reported.
